SH. Majid Al Alawi is a legal expert with 35 years of legal experience. In the more than the three decades that he spent in the judicial field, he acquired vast, deep knowledge and experience in the laws of Oman and their judicial applications.

His knowledge, experience, legal capabilities and dedication were recognized by his Late Majesty, Sultan Qaboos Bin Said, as he was designated as the Vice-President of the Supreme Court in 2003, and he was appointed as the President of the Administrative Court in 2006, where he remained for 14 years until his retirement in 2020.
During his service in the judicial field, his legal expertise involved civil, commercial, criminal and administrative matters along with other areas of Oman’s law.

Haitham has rich experience in Oil & Gas, Mining, Shipping and Infrastructure. In 2009, Haitham completed his bachelor's degree in Commercial Law and Finance from Curtin University, Australia. After graduating, Haitham joined OQ company (Oman Oil Company, formerly) one of the major investment arms of Oman. During his tenure with OQ, Haitham worked in the Asset Management and Business Development departments in which his duties included evaluating investment opportunities, managing assets and entering investment negotiations.
Haitham was also representing OQ as an Investment Committee Member in a number of OQ’s subsidiaries, such as Vale Oman Pelletizing Plant, Sohar Aluminum Company and Oman Shipping Company, to mention few. As OQ representative, it was one of Haitham’s duties to ensure that the shareholder value is saved and covered in the investment contracts.
In 2015, Haitham Al Alawi went on a secondment to Oxea Company in Dallas, Texas, one of OQ subsidiaries, to work as a market development manager. In 2017 Haitham returned to Oman and started his own businesses, In real estate, F&B industry and Mining.

Anwar worked in Sudan, Saudi Arabia and Oman as a legal advisor and senior litigation lawyer for many major companies including NAF Group in Saudi Arabia, a leading oil and gas, real estate and tourism group as well as joining Petrocost Engineering and Investment LLC., in Sudan. He also served as a senior lawyer for prominent law firms in Oman where he tackled numerous Civil and Commercial cases and disputes. In addition to his long litigation work, Anwar represented many companies and institutions in Local and International Arbitration cases that included large-scale construction, reconstruction and infrastructure projects.
In 2010 Anwar received a high diploma in Commercial Arbitration and he is a qualified arbitrator in Oman. Anwar is a very innovative and effective lawyer with a great ability to evaluate cases thoroughly and develop creative strategies.
Anwar holds bachelor's degree in accounting from Cairo University - Khartoum Branch - in 1983, a bachelor of law from the University of Khartoum in 1987 as well as academic qualifications in Arbitration and Translation.
Mr. Mahmoud Safi Al-Din Muhammad, A graduate of Cairo University in 1989, is a Lawyer before the Supreme Court, Arbitrator and Member of the Arab Lawyers Union.
Mr. Mahmoud has a rich practicing experience of 35 years, of which nearly 20 years in the Sultanate of Oman with well reputed Law Firms. Mr. Abdullah graduated from the University of Alexandria in the Arab Republic of Egypt with a bachelor’s degree in law. He later obtained a master’s degree in public and administrative law diplomas.
